Welcome to FunMA (the "Application" or "Service"), an artificial intelligence-powered mathematics learning platform developed, owned, and operated by Inspire Education Limited ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Application, you ("Subscriber", "Parent", "Guardian", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Application.

1. Eligibility and Parental Consent

1.1. Target Audience: The Application provides educational content designed for primary and secondary school students (minors under the age of 18).
1.2. Account Registration and Purchasing: Minors are not permitted to register accounts or initiate financial transactions independently. All account registrations, subscriptions, and payment authorisations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old.
1.3. Parental Responsibility: By purchasing a subscription or allowing a minor to use your account, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the student, and you accept full responsibility for the minor’s compliance with these Terms.

2. Accounts and Security

2.1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
2.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@inspireeducation.com.hk if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Billing

3.1. Subscription Plans: Access to FunMA features is provided via recurring subscription plans (e.g., monthly or annual billing cycles), as displayed on our official platform and during checkout.
3.2. 7-Day Free Trial:

• We may offer a 7-day free trial to new subscribers.

• A valid payment method is required to initiate a free trial.

• Trial Expiration & Conversion: Unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the end of the 7-day free trial period, your trial will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription, and your designated payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

3.3. Automatic Renewal:

• Subscriptions are billed on an automated, recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (e.g., every month or every year).

• By initiating a subscription, you authorise Inspire Education Limited (and our authorised third-party payment processors) to charge your designated payment method recurringly until you cancel.

3.4. Currency and Price Adjustments: All fees are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless explicitly specified otherwise. We reserve the right to revise our subscription fees upon prior reasonable notice to you. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notification.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Free Trial Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day free trial without incurring any charges. If you cancel during the trial, access will typically terminate at the conclusion of the trial period.
4.2. No Refunds for Paid Digital Services:

• Because FunMA provides immediate digital access and interactive content, all paid subscription fees are strictly non-refundable and non-creditable, including partial-month or partial-year periods, once a billing cycle has been charged.

• There are no refunds for unused periods or early account termination.

4.3. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal:

• You may cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time via your account settings dashboard or by contacting customer support at support@inspireeducation.com.hk.

• To prevent your card from being charged for the subsequent period, cancellation must be completed before the next billing date.

• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which it will not renew.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. All content, interactive algorithms, diagnostic tools, user interfaces, source code, text, graphics, and trademarks associated with FunMA are the exclusive intellectual property of Inspire Education Limited or its licensors.
5.2. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use FunMA strictly for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell any part of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Application.

• Share your account access credentials with third parties outside your immediate household.

• Use any automated bot, scraper, or software to extract data or content from the platform.

• Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate information through the interactive components of the Application.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

7.1. Educational Tool Only: FunMA is an educational and tutoring supplement. While designed to enhance mathematics learning, Inspire Education Limited does not guarantee specific academic marks, examination scores, or academic outcomes.
7.2. "As-Is" Service: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7.3. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Hong Kong law, Inspire Education Limited, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your access or inability to access the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
